IEEE standards press have just published a book titled
"Wireless Communication Standards"

The book includes
- Comprehensive overview of WLAN, WPAN, and WMAN (IEEE 802.11™, 802.15™, and 802.16™) standards
- Discusses deployment of WLAN networks
- Includes over 100 figures and diagrams
- Identifies research problems
- Explains current business trends
- Provides understanding of future standards development

I will be adding this to my essential reading list

Up until recently if an Irish consumer wanted to buy books online they would use amazon.co.uk, this meant incurring a hefty shipping charge in the region of 3 - 5 euro.

Play.com who sell cd's and games online have now started selling books. Unlike amazon they quote the price in Euros and include shipping with the price.

I think I am going to have to get more book shelves.
