Blue bins finally arrive in Upperchurch

Upperchurch - 2 years after been told we would have our blue bins "shortly", we woke up this morning to see a shiny blue bin outside our gate. This is a welcome development and will reduce the number of trips we will need to make to the clonmel and nenagh recycling centres.
