TIPPINST - Normally I cannot see a reason to upgrade your Microsoft Applications. With Excel 2003 however there is a very handy option that allows you to repair a corrupted excel document. Before you would have to spend 90 - 150 dollars on a third party app to fix this problem.

So if you have the option of upgrading your office s/w, you should consider Excel 2003.
